Job Description

Job Summary:

Role & responsibilities .

Perform
installation, testing, calibration, and maintenance
of instrumentation equipment such as sensors, transmitters, controllers, analyzers, PLC panels, gauges, valves, and recorders.
Conduct
preventive and breakdown maintenance
of instruments to reduce downtime.
Diagnose and troubleshoot
instrumentation faults
in field devices and control systems.
Maintain and update
service records, logbooks, and maintenance reports
.
Assist in commissioning of new machines and instrumentation systems.
Ensure compliance with
safety standards, SOPs, and quality guidelines
during maintenance work.
Coordinate with production, electrical, and mechanical teams for smooth operations.
Support
spare parts management
and raise requirements for replacements .

Preferred candidate profile

1-3 years of experience in service & maintenance of instrumentation equipment

Education

ITI in Instrumentation / Electronics / Electrical (mandatory).
Experience in manufacturing, process industry, or automation field preferred.
Diploma in ITI
