1) To ensure the 5S & Safety in the Maintenance section & shop floor. 2) To maintain the minimum stock level of critical spares of machines as per Master List of Critical Spare. 3) To provide training to all concerned regarding the importance of cleaning, oiling & tightening (COT) of machines. 4) To take & implement corrective & preventive actions on major / repeated breakdowns to reduce the breakdown hrs. / MTTR & MTBF. 5) To ensure the preventive maintenance of machines as per preventive maintenance schedule. 6) To ensure the safety of the machine & personal by following the safety norms i.e. no loosing wire, proper covering of moving parts of machine, proper light arrangement on work places etc.. 7) To carry out the predictive maintenance of machines to eliminate the possible causes of machine breakdown through machine maintenance check sheet.. 8) To implement & maintain the documentation as per requirements of IATF 16949:2016. 9) To update the H.O.D. for the need of periodic over hauling of machines when required. 10) To ensure the preventive maintenance of the Fire Alarm / Hooters & Hydrant systems and update the record
