Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive

Maintenance Engineer

to oversee and manage the maintenance activities of the plant. The ideal candidate will have expertise in

preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance

, with strong analytical abilities to minimize downtime and improve plant efficiency.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of
maintenance operations, mechanical and electrical maintenance
.
Experience in
equipment and machine maintenance
.
Expertise in
preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance methodologies
.
Expertise in
breakdown analysis, problem-solving, and troubleshooting
.
Expertise in maintenance KPIs such as
MTTR and MTBF
.
Excellent
planning, leadership, and team management skills

Strong
analytical and decision-making abilities
.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:
B.Tech (Full-time)
Academic Requirements:
Minimum 60% aggregate in B.Tech (candidates with up to 4 backlogs)
Location Flexibility:
