Maintenance Engineer

As a Maintenance Engineer at our renowned company engaged in Structural Steel Fabrication, located at Tilda Industrial Area, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, your role will involve overseeing the Mechanical and Electrical systems of the Manufacturing Plant. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Planning and coordinating all maintenance activities, including routine, periodic, and preventive maintenance. - Establishing and implementing a maintenance strategy and schedule to ensure optimal utilization of resources and equipment availability. - Conducting routine maintenance of plant equipment, troubleshooting issues, and making on-site repairs to maintain production capacity. - Supporting the installation, commissioning, and up-gradation of new equipment and systems. - Ensuring timely rectification of breakdowns and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences. - Managing the procurement of critical and regular spares as per equipment specifications. - Leading the Operations and Maintenance team in testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting electrical equipment and systems. - Maintaining plant buildings, service facilities, and equipment such as plumbing, painting, electrical, and HVAC systems. - Upholding workplace safety standards and promoting a culture of Safety, Health, and Environment among team members. Qualifications: - Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Experience: - 5-10 years of hands-on maintenance experience and troubleshooting in a Structural Steel Fabrication plant.
