Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Monitor the daily utility consumptions (water, coal, HSD etc.) & ensure to fulfil the requirements.
Update the data of the utility consumptions and maintain the records.
Service and maintenance of Utility Machines like ammonia refrigeration compressors, IBR Boilers, air compressors, Pumps, ETP, RO plant, DG Sets, etc.
Maintenance of Dairy plant equipments.
Follow up with the vendors for the AMC visits for maintenance.
Carry out the PM as per schedule with the help of electricians & fitters and maintain the records.
Prepare the PRNs for required spares & follow-up with purchase for the timely delivery.
Co-ordinate with the production team for optimum utilization of utility resources.
Monitoring the water, air, ammonia, steam lines for leakages and attending if any.
Coordinate with production team for required shut down for maintenance if any.
Prepare the monthly utility presentation.
Inhouse project work to install and commission the new equipment's if any.
To carry out the inspection / testing of pressure vessels, lifting tools & tackles, fire extinguishers as per the statutory requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

6 to 8 Years experience in Utility department of food / pharma / chemical process industry.

Must be Diploma / Degree in electrical or Mechanical Engg

Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects

Preferable from Khalapur location only.
