1) Knowledge of CNC, PLC, Conventional machines & EOT crane maintenance. i.e. CNC lathe, VMC, HMC, VTL, Horizontal Boring machine, Deep hole drill, EOT crane.
2) Ability to understand electrical/electronics circuits and hands-on-experience in trouble shooting electrical/electronics issues for defect resolution.
3)Experience of plant maintenance activity, i.e. Machine history card update, Breakdown data entry, PM checklist hardcopy filling, Electrical spare maintaining (Critical/Consumable), Root cause analysis, Material indent raising & follow up.
4)Preparing cost estimation of project work & Execution.
5)Taking meter reading & power failure report generate (Daily/Monthly).
6)Incoming material quality checking & technical discussion with vendor.
7)Develop new vendor & follow-up for uptime in material supplying.
8)Knowledge about kaizen, cost control implementation, 5S & ISO documentation.
CNC machine breakdown attend, Ladder logic reading & writing, PLC logic reading & communication, VFD installation or maintenance
