Maintenance Engineer

As a Maintenance Engineer with 5 years of experience in the Commercial Kitchen Equipment Manufacturing industry, you will be responsible for the preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing process. Your duties will include performing routine inspections and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems in the plant to ensure minimal downtime of machines by addressing technical faults promptly. You will be required to maintain and update maintenance logs, service records, and maintenance schedules. Troubleshooting issues related to sheet metal fabrication machinery, welding machines, CNC machines, and utility equipment will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will need to coordinate with OEM vendors for service and AMC-related activities and ensure adherence to all safety standards and protocols within the factory premises. Key skills required for this role include a good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic maintenance practices, experience in maintaining sheet metal machinery, CNC machines, and industrial kitchen equipment manufacturing tools. You should also have the ability to read and interpret technical manuals and engineering drawings, possess problem-solving skills, and have a proactive attitude toward maintenance issues. Basic knowledge of PLCs, automation, and control systems will be considered an advantage. To qualify for this position, you must hold a Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. This is a full-time job based in Sanand, Gujarat.,
