Designation

Education: Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical

Roles & Responsibilities:

Breakdown Maintenance of all Plant & Machineries in 24 x 7 round the clock shifts
Breakdown Slip update with corrective action for all Breakdowns
Daily Maintenance for all the Machines in ASM-1,2 & 3 in 1st Shift
Lubrication, Hydraulic, Chiller Oil top up as & when required.
Coolant top-up for CNC Machines with Contract employees
Preventive Maintenance for CNC Machines in Shifts
Weekly Check for Air Compressors and UPS
Vacuum connection for CNC Machines as & when required
Daily & Breakdown Maintenance for UPS
Daily & Breakdown Maintenance for Air Compressors
Daily & breakdown Maintenance for Vacuum Pump
5S in shop floor at ASM-1,2 & 3
Attending Major Breakdowns rectification
Co-operating with service providers for Breakdown support
Co-ordinating with external service providers for calibration activities
Spindle Hours & Machine Hours recording from Machine
Energy Reading for ASM-1,2 & 3 Plant daily
Writing logbook for shift activities Hard & Soft copy
