a. Basic knowledge of HIRA & BBS.
b. Well knowledge for work to permit in all types of work.
4. QEHS/ MIS data maintaining for department.
5. Basic Knowledge of 5S, KAIZEN, Lean, Safety, LOTO.
6. Basic Knowledge of TPM.
7. Good knowledge of Electrical drawing / circuits.
8. Good knowledge of Siemens PLC program troubleshooting.
9. Good knowledge Mitsubishi PLC Troubleshooting.
10. Good Knowledge of Drive parametrization.
11. Good c knowledge of Pneumatic and hydraulic circuits.
12. Good knowledge of maintenance for GEORG/HDRI/UPI make Lamination line.
13. Basic knowledge of AC/DC Motors & Drives.
14. Basic Knowledge of Utility MaintenanceTransformer, DG Set, AHU, EOT Cranes Etc.
15. Familiar with Maintenance SAP Module.
16. Basic Knowledge for critical Spare Management.
17. Basic knowledge regarding MTTR, MTBF and % B.D Time Maintain with Action plan.
