Position:-Maintenance & Electrical Engineer

Reporting to:- Production manager.

Location:- Vahelam Jambusar, Padara.

Workdays / Timings :- 6 Days per Week / 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM

Pay/ Salary:-As per Industry standards (15000-25000/-Month)

Required Experience:- 2-5 Yrs

Required Qualification:- B.E. (Electrical Engineering)

Roll and Responsibility:-

Responsible for the in time preventive, predictive and break down maintenance for all machinery in plant and smooth working of maintenance department.

· Proper utilization of manpower for maintenance and testing activity.

· Generate all the documents like Machine SOP, Machine history card, list of machinery and label on it etc., and maintain the same as record for further analysis.

· Deal with machine supplier for the periodic service of machines. Ensure the minimum stock for critical parts for the availability of material at the time of periodic service of machine and avoid breakdown maintenance.

· Responsible for the testing of in-process equipment and ensure to avoid the testing related complain from customer after dispatch.

· In case of service complain from customer, co-ordinate with service engineer and production team to solve the complaint.

· Maintain the records for power tools and its tooling (drill chuck, welding handle etc.,) Inform the management for the new procurement of power tools whenever required baized on the condition of available power tools.

· Fix the objective of maintenance department and emphasis to achieve the same.

Required Skills:-

1. Should be good at communication, specifically written / email.

2. Should be able to handle customer complaints with ease and maturity.

3. Should have decent exposure to MS-Excel and Google Sheets.

4. Should be proactive in communicating and coordinating with all internal and external teams for smooth execution of orders.
