As an Offshore Tester / Lead
1. You are responsible for managing a small team of testers and drive delivery of a small module within a project (Delivery/Maintenence/Testing). 2. You may serve as entry level specialist with expertise in Mainframe technology.3. You are responsible for functional/technical track of a project.4. You are responsible for preparing & executing test cases.5. You are responsible for completing the functional and regression testing for the assigned module or functionality.5. Good knowledge of JIRA.6. Coordination with offshore team7. Daily status reporting to Lead or Manager. 8. Good knowledge of MF tools - Changeman, SOATest. 9. Good understanding of DB2/SQL.
