Job Description

As a Mainframe Support Professional, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients with their Mainframe operations, ensuring a secure and compliant solution landscape in line with industry best practices for managing cyber risks. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting account and resource administration in RACF/TopSecret while upholding SLAs for L2/L3 support. - Analyzing RACF/TopSecret datasets, resources, account attributes, and settings. - Performing data analysis and manipulation tasks. - Executing database operations through SQL queries. - Collaborating with client teams to identify, manage, and resolve issues promptly. - Providing support to client teams on calls as a Subject Matter Specialist when required. - Gaining exposure to risk assessment practices and contributing to maintaining a risk-free environment. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - At least 5 years of experience in information technology and/or information security. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a support role focusing on Mainframe systems. - Strong technical proficiency in Mainframe applications and tools such as TSO, IPSF, datasets, resources, rules, batch jobs, DB2, and RACF utilities. - Hands-on experience in account and resource administration in RACF/TopSecret including user management, group creation, and dataset/resource administration. - Familiarity with Vanguard utilities like Administrator, Advisor, and Compliance Manager. - Proficiency in using ticketing tools for access management, progress tracking, escalation, and report generation. - Exposure to standard configuration, maintenance procedures, and documentation practices. In addition to the above qualifications, the following requirements are essential: - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, or Information Technology. - Business-level proficiency in English, both written and verbal. - Experience collaborating with distributed teams across various geographies. - Availability to work in a 24x7 support model. Preferred qualifications for this role include: - Knowledge and experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools. - Ability to comply with clients" information security policies and effectively communicate security requirements. - Strong understanding of business processes, user provisioning procedures, and security maintenance best practices. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong project management and organizational abilities.,
