Mainframe Developer/Lead

You are an experienced Mainframe Developer Lead with deep expertise in COBOL, CICS, VSAM, and IMS DB. Your role involves leading technical teams and delivering complex mainframe-based solutions. Your responsibilities include leading the design, development, and maintenance of mainframe applications using COBOL, IMS DB/DC, CICS, and VSAM. Additionally, you will participate in application modernization projects, conduct code reviews, and troubleshoot issues in production and development environments. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years of hands-on experience in Mainframe development. Experience in batch and online processing systems, JCL, DB2 (optional), and debugging tools is beneficial.
