Mainframe Developer-Life Insurance domain

You will be joining NTT DATA as a Mainframe Developer in the Life Insurance domain, based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. With over 7 years of experience in mainframe-based applications development and support, you will play a key role in utilizing mainframe development tools such as COBOL, Easytrieve, CICS, VSAM, and VSE/DOS. Assembler knowledge is also required for this position, along with zOS development experience. Your responsibilities will include using VSE tools like SyncSort, IDCAMS, CECI, CEDF, FTP, or any other third-party toolset. Additionally, familiarity with Client/Server technology, working with .TXT, .XLS files, and SQL will be advantageous, though not mandatory. An understanding of the systems development life cycle and structured methodologies like Waterfall and Agile will be beneficial. Experience in the insurance industry, particularly in life, health, and annuity sectors, will be valued.
