Mail/Floor Management & Rider

Mainwire Outsource Pvt. Ltd. is hiring on an outsourced basis for Central Transmission Utility of India Limited (CTUIL).
We are looking for responsible and efficient candidates for the roles of Mail/Floor Management and Rider to ensure effective internal and external document flow and facility support at the client site.

Key Responsibilities: Mail/Floor Management:

• Dispatch and collection of letters/documents to be sent via post or courier (local and outstation).
• Maintain proper records of all incoming and outgoing mail/courier dispatches.
• Circulation of inter-office mails/documents to concerned departments.
• Assist in filing of documents and maintaining organized document management systems.
• Support in stocking and distribution of materials such as stationery, paper, and other consumables.
• Assist in general errands and office tasks, including file movement, photocopying, and meeting setup.
• Execute any other duties as per the instructions of the Engineer In Charge.

Rider Duties:

• Timely delivery and receipt of intra-city outgoing/incoming mail or parcels.
• Ensure secure handling of official documents during transit.
• Maintain a logbook or register of daily deliveries/pickups.
• Ensure vehicle maintenance and follow all safety and traffic rules.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism during all delivery tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum Qualification: 10th or 12th Pass
• Experience: 1–2 years in office support/mailroom/rider role
• Rider Role: Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license and good knowledge of city routes
• Ability to read and maintain basic records in Hindi/English
• Punctual, trustworthy, and team-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
