As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via email and online chat promptly and effectively. You will troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with products or services, providing detailed product information and addressing customer questions. In case of complex issues, you will escalate them to the appropriate departments. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions will be an essential part of your role. Additionally, participating in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques, as well as collaborating with team members to improve customer service processes and efficiency.
