Role Overview: You will be a part of the E-Commerce team at Addis Infotech as a self-motivated and detail-oriented Sr. Magento Developer. Your main responsibility will be to develop e-commerce websites using Magento, provide necessary maintenance, research, install, and configure various Magento Extensions, create Magento sites from approved designs, and extend Magento functionality through custom programming. Additionally, you will be creating custom modules and store designs, performing maintenance of platforms and database migrations performance, and working on other projects assigned by the manager. Key Responsibilities: - Develop e-commerce website using Magento and provide maintenance as needed. - Research, install, and configure various Magento Extensions. - Create Magento site from an approved design to a functional storefront. - Extend Magento functionality through custom programming. - Create custom modules and store design. - Perform maintenance of platforms and database migrations performance. - Work on other projects as assigned by the manager. Qualifications Required: - Advanced Magento working knowledge and experience in multi-site architecture. - Strong middle weight scripting language. - Strong SQL experience. - XML and JSON scripting experience. - Comfortable with email coding and custom event tracking. - REST and SOAP API development experience (building, defining, and implementing). - Strong Unit Testing experience. - Excellent communication skills and development approach. - Able to apply high-level problem-solving abilities and logical analysis skills. - Experience developing a multi-vendor/multi-store solution. - General Specialist.
