Machinist Grinder

You will be responsible for operating grinding machinery to shape and finish metal parts according to precise specifications by interpreting blueprints and drawings. This will involve selecting appropriate tools and abrasive wheels, as well as performing quality control checks using measuring instruments. Machine setup and operation, regular maintenance and troubleshooting, monitoring for quality, ensuring a safe work environment, and collaborating with engineers on process improvements are key responsibilities in this role. - Interpret blueprints and drawings to shape and finish metal parts - Select appropriate tools and abrasive wheels for grinding machinery - Perform quality control checks using measuring instruments - Set up and operate machines effectively - Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery - Monitor for quality and ensure a safe work environment - Collaborate with engineers on process improvements You will need to possess the following qualifications for this role: - Experience operating grinding machinery - Ability to interpret blueprints and drawings - Proficiency in selecting tools and abrasive wheels - Knowledge of quality control processes - Strong troubleshooting skills - Ability to work collaboratively with engineers Please note that the company offers Provident Fund benefits for this full-time, permanent position.
