Description

We are seeking an experienced Machines and Factory Logistics Supervisor to manage the logistics operations within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient use of machines and optimizing factory logistics to ensure smooth production processes.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of machines and factory logistics to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.
Coordinate with production teams to schedule machine usage and maintenance activities.
Implement and monitor inventory control systems to manage raw materials and finished goods.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the team.
Train and supervise logistics staff to improve workflow and performance.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in logistics and machine operations.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and resolve any logistical issues.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
5-10 years of experience in factory logistics or machine operations.
Strong knowledge of inventory management software and logistics systems.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
Understanding of safety standards and regulations in factory settings.
Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
