Description
As a Machine Maintenance Supervisor at Wellversed Health Private Limited, your role will involve assembling, maintaining, and repairing industrial machinery, particularly milling machines and filling machines, to ensure their smooth and efficient functioning. Key Responsibilities: - Build and assemble machines, such as milling machines and filling machines, according to technical and production requirements. - Regularly inspect machines to identify mechanical, electrical, or operational issues. - Perform on-site repairs and adjustments to ensure safe and smooth machine operations. - Troubleshoot and resolve breakdowns or malfunction reports in production machinery. - Conduct routine and preventive maintenance activities, including lubrication and calibration. - Refill fluids and replace worn-out or defective parts in machines. - Maintain proper operation of milling heads, cutting tools, augers, pistons, valves, and filling nozzles. - Instruct machine operators on daily maintenance practices and preventive care. - Keep clear and timely records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and repairs. - Coordinate with other departments to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Job Requirements: - Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Diploma or ITI in Mechanical / Electrical preferred) - 12 years of hands-on experience in machine maintenance within a manufacturing setup. - Strong knowledge of milling machines, filling machines, and other industrial equipment. - Ability to read and understand technical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals. - Proficiency in using tools such as screwdrivers, hammers, spanners, and measuring instruments. - Understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, motors, sensors, etc. - Good communication and documentation skills. In this role, you will be required to work full-time at the company's location in Plot no-771, Udyog Vihar Phase 5, Gurgaon. The salary for this position ranges from INR 20,000 to 22,000 per month. Additionally, the company provides food and offers Provident Fund benefits.
