Machine Technician PLC and HMI programming

You should have knowledge of all packing machines, filling machines, labeling machines for various industries like food, oil, perfume, cosmetics, chemicals, and detergents. As a Machinery Technician at FLEXIPACK, your responsibilities will include installing new machinery and automated systems at client sites, ensuring proper setup and functionality. You will design, develop, and implement automation systems and controls for machinery and production lines. Additionally, you will program, troubleshoot, and maintain PLCs, HMIs, and other control systems. Regular maintenance on machinery to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan will be part of your duties. You will diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system issues in machinery to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation. Testing and calibrating machinery to meet performance specifications and safety standards are essential tasks. Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications, including detailed technical reports and service logs, will be required. Providing technical support and training to clients on the proper operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of machinery is also a key responsibility. You will ensure that all maintenance and repair activities comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Working closely with engineers, other technicians, and clients to address technical issues and implement effective solutions is crucial for success in this role. To qualify for this position, you should have knowledge of working with various types of machinery. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are necessary. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is important. Relevant certifications or training in PLC and HMI programming would be beneficial. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering in electrical, mechatronics, industrial automation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.,
