Machine Shop Supervisor

We are seeking dedicated Machine Shop Supervisors to manage operations across different sections, including Broach, Ryman, Shank, Vibrator, CNC, and Machine Shop, specifically focusing on the hand tools and spanner line. Each supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily production processes, ensuring quality standards are met, and driving operational efficiency within their respective section. The ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role, with a strong understanding of machine operations, tool handling, and production management. Each section requires a Supervisor with a B.Tech or M.Tech in Engineering, as well as technical proficiency in the specific processes and equipment of their designated section (Broach, Reyman, Shank, Vibrator, CNC, or Machine Shop). Supervisors will also be responsible for implementing safety protocols, ensuring proper maintenance of equipment, managing a team, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
