Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Machine Shop Manager based in Coimbatore, India. The Machine Shop Manager will oversee daily operations in the machine shop, manage production schedules, and ensure quality management throughout the manufacturing process. Responsibilities include supervising machining tasks, coordinating inspection activities, and leading production planning and management efforts. The role requires ensuring standards, meeting production targets, and maintaining operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Production Planning and Production Management
• Skills in Machining processes and techniques
• Proficiency in Quality Management and Inspection standards
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Relevant experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry
• Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification, preferred
• Knowledge of compliance regulations and safety standards in machine shop operations
