As a Machine Shop Supervisor, your role involves overseeing the daily operations of CNC and VMC machinery. You will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of machine operators, programming and setting up CNC/VMC machines for precise manufacturing, and monitoring production processes to ensure efficiency and quality. Additionally, you will collaborate with the maintenance team for machine upkeep, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with machinery. Conducting training sessions for machine operators and preparing/maintaining documentation for machine operations and maintenance are also key responsibilities. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, a minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC/VMC operations, proven leadership and team management skills, a strong understanding of CNC and VMC machinery and programming, ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Skills that will be beneficial for this position include NC Programming, VMC Setup and Operation, Lean Manufacturing, Team Leadership, Quality Control, Problem-Solving, Safety Management, Technical Documentation, CAD/CAM Software, and Mechanical Engineering. Immediate joining is preferred for this full-time position, with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and Provident Fund.
