Machine Operator/Labourer

Role Overview: You are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Machine Technicians to join the growing team. As a Machine Technician, your main responsibility will be to operate machines to produce precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications. Key Responsibilities: - Operate, monitor, and maintain CNC machines, milling machines, grinding machines, and other precision tools. - Perform setup and calibration of machines based on job requirements. - Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders. - Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues with machines. - Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company standards. - Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output targets. - Maintain logs and reports on machine performance and production metrics. - Support continuous improvement initiatives in the manufacturing process. Qualifications Required: - Educational Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Tool & Die Making or related fields. - Ability to understand and follow technical drawings and instructions. - Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. - Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability. - Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.,
