Key Roles & Responsibilities: Operate, monitor, and control assigned machines during production. Set up machines before the production cycle and adjust settings as needed. Perform regular maintenance checks and troubleshoot basic machine issues. Ensure quality standards and safety guidelines are followed during production. Maintain accurate records of production and report any defects or breakdowns. Support the production team in achieving daily output targets. Required Skills & Competencies: Technical Skills: Knowledge of CNC/VMC/PLC-based machines (as applicable) Understanding of machine drawings, measuring tools & production processes Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills Ability to follow SOPs and safety rules Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location: In person
