Machine Operator( ITI Fitter)

Daily Productivity: Operate the machine efficiently to achieve 3,000–5,000 sq.ft. of plastering per day (site dependent) in coordination with the site supervisor. Machine Operation: Operate as per SOP, ensuring correct mix ratio, material loading, and hose handling with zero major operational mistakes. Machine Maintenance: Perform daily checks of pump, hoses, fittings, and electrical systems, reporting wear and tear or faults immediately to minimize downtime. Cleaning & Upkeep: Clean hopper, rotor-stator, and hoses after each day’s use to prevent clogging and ensure readiness for the next day. Safety & PPE: Follow all safety practices and use PPE (gloves, mask, shoes) at all times to ensure zero safety violations. Team Coordination: Work effectively with helpers, masons, and supervisors to avoid delays in setup and operations. Documentation: Maintain accurate daily logs for area sprayed, material consumption, downtime, and maintenance checklist compliance.
