Job description: Qualifications SSLC,PlusTwo,ITI Minimum 1+ Years Experience Responsibilities Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, etc.) before the beginning of a shift. Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency. Adjust machine settings as necessary to improve performance and product quality. Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies. Feed raw materials or parts into machines. Perform regular maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues. Maintain production logs and document issues or downtime. Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Coordinate with supervisors or engineers to optimize production processes. Clean and maintain machinery and work areas to ensure optimal functioning. Load/unload materials using forklifts or pallet jacks. Train new operators or junior staff. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or ISO standards.
