Job Title: Machine Operator Engineer (Biscuit Manufacturing Machines) Location: Karanpura, Bihar Industry: Food Processing / Biscuit Manufacturing Experience Required: 3–6 years (specifically in biscuit production machinery) Employment Type: Full Time Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience) Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator Engineer who has hands-on experience operating and maintaining biscuit manufacturing machinery. The ideal candidate should be technically sound, responsible for ensuring smooth operation, regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and production efficiency of biscuit processing equipment. Key Responsibilities: Operate, monitor, and adjust biscuit production machinery including mixers, ovens, cutters, and packing lines. Ensure production equipment is functioning efficiently and safely. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime. Diagnose machine faults and carry out minor repairs independently. Maintain production logs and machine records accurately. Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams for complex machine issues. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to GMP and food safety guidelines. Ensure product quality by monitoring machine output and process parameters. Support in setting up machines for new product trials and process improvements. Key Requirements: Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field. 3+ years of experience in operating biscuit manufacturing machinery. Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical components of production machines. Knowledge of safety protocols, food industry standards, and preventive maintenance. Ability to work in shifts and under pressure to meet production targets. Good communication and team coordination skills. Preferred Experience: Hands-on experience with automated biscuit lines such as rotary moulders, wire-cutters, ovens, and cooling conveyors. Familiarity with brands like Bhim Engg., Alif Ovens, Mangal Machines, etc., is a plus. .
