Set up and operate various machines packaging(pouch packaging machine, various filing machines as per production requirements.
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure proper functioning.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.
Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of production activities and machine performance.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and company policies.
Collaborate with supervisors and maintenance teams for timely issue resolution.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
Proven experience as a machine operator or in a similar role.
Familiarity with production machinery and measurement tools.
Basic understanding of the mechanical and technical aspects of machines.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
