Additionally, if you are applying for the position of VMC Setter & Programmer, your duties will involve: - Set up and configure VMC machines for production runs. - Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs for precision parts. - Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure product quality. - Collaborate with the team to improve production efficiency and solve technical challenges. To qualify for the role of VMC Operator, you should have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a VMC operator. For the position of VMC Setter & Programmer, a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in VMC setting and programming is required. An essential skill for both positions is proficiency in handling a VMC 4th axis machine.
