Role Overview: V2 Machining Solution is currently looking to expand its team by hiring skilled professionals for two key roles. As a VMC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and overseeing the production on VMC machines, conducting routine quality checks on finished parts, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and production schedules. As a VMC Setter & Programmer, your role will involve setting up and configuring VMC machines for production runs, creating, editing, and optimizing CNC programs for precision parts, monitoring machine performance, and collaborating with the team to enhance production efficiency and address technical challenges. Key Responsibilities: - VMC Operator: - Operate and oversee the production on VMC machines. - Conduct routine quality checks on finished parts to ensure they meet specifications. - Adhere to all safety protocols and production schedules. - VMC Setter & Programmer: - Set up and configure VMC machines for production runs. - Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs for precision parts. - Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure product quality. - Collaborate with the team to improve production efficiency and solve technical challenges. Qualification Required: - VMC Operator: - Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a VMC operator. - VMC Setter & Programmer: - Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in VMC setting and programming.
