Role & responsibilities

Monitoring and controlling the line stoppages,
Initiatives of countermeasure /kaizens to increase MTBF
Implementation of horizontal deployment Initiatives for reduction of MTTR
Scheduling and Planning of PM activities
Scheduling and Planning of CBM activities
Scheduling and Planning of TBM activities
Spare parts Planning, Maintennace Stores Stock monitoring (SAP Vs Actuals) , Perpectual Inventory Quarterly Submission
Identification of souce / alternate source
Cost reduction of spare parts
Oil & Coolant monitoring & consumption control
Improve / Increase life of Coolant oilIdentify & correction of leakage points
Identify and correct the unsafe conditions and practices
Closer of safety related points raised during JH acitivity, SDWT & line Audits
Support to implement Ideas
Initiate & Implement CFT
Support to implement QCC
Improve 5S activities
