As the Co-founder and Chief AI Officer, you will play a vital role in leading a team of superheroes to build full stack vertically integrated AI models that exceed benchmarks like gpt5 or grok 4. This full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru requires a deep passion for AI/ML research and a commitment to developing multimodal LLM models from the ground up. Your responsibilities will include strategizing, researching, and overseeing all aspects of building a successful AI company. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of AI engineers in developing multimodal LLM models from scratch - Collaborate on strategizing and researching to ensure company success - Run the company alongside your fellow team members Qualifications: - Ph.D., M.Tech, or MS in Computer Science, AI, or ML is mandatory - Undergraduates with a strong passion for building LLM from scratch are also encouraged to apply if they possess the required skills Additional Details: EGO offers an initial compensation package that includes ESOPS or shares, highlighting our commitment to building a successful company together.
