Job Summary:

We are looking for a Machine Learning Developer to join our remote team. You will be responsible for building and deploying predictive models, working with large datasets, and delivering intelligent solutions that enhance our platform’s capabilities and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement machine learning models for classification, regression, and clustering tasks
• Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources
• Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics
• Deploy machine learning models into production environments
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and software developers
• Continuously research and implement state-of-the-art ML techniques
• Maintain documentation for models, experiments, and code

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical techniques
• Hands-on experience with Python libraries such as scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy, and matplotlib
• Familiarity with Jupyter notebooks and experimentation workflows
• Experience working with datasets using tools like SQL or Excel
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Nice to Have:

• Experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Exposure to cloud-based ML platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI)
• Understanding of model deployment using Flask, FastAPI, or Docker
• Knowledge of natural language processing or computer vision
