Job Summary:

Machine Learning Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve real-world problems.
  
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to understand business requirements and translate them into ML solutions.
  
• Build and maintain scalable and production-ready ML pipelines and infrastructure.
  
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training and evaluation.
  
• Optimize models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
  
• Deploy ML models into production environments and monitor their performance over time.
  
• Work with software engineering teams to integrate ML models into applications and services.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in a relevant field.
  
• Experience with deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
  
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  
• Experience with big data tools (Hadoop, Spark).
  
• Familiarity with CI/CD for ML (MLOps) pipelines.
  
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
