Key Responsibilities: - Guide and support a team of AI engineers, fostering collaboration and innovation. - Lead NLP and GenAI projects to build cutting-edge AI solutions. - Work hands-on with Generative AI models and APIs for groundbreaking applications. - Oversee cloud development and deployment on AWS or Azure for smooth and scalable solutions. - Define project goals, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality AI solutions meeting business needs efficiently. Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of hands-on experience with ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and Scikit-Learn. - Strong Python skills with a solid grasp of NLP techniques for working with text data. - Experience with GenAI projects and tools, including LLM frameworks. - Familiarity with GenAI models and APIs like OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Claude. - Proficiency in working with SQL and NoSQL databases, and cloud-based AI solutions on AWS or Azure. - Exposure to LangChain is a plus for AI pipeline work. - Strong understanding of deep learning architectures and training techniques for optimizing AI models. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.,
