Machine Learning Engineer

The Machine Learning Engineer position at our fast-growing AI/ML startup is ideal for a highly skilled and self-motivated individual with at least 4 years of experience. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and deploying intelligent systems and advanced algorithms tailored to real-world business problems across diverse industries. The role requires a creative thinker with a strong mathematical foundation, hands-on experience in machine learning and deep learning, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, agile environment. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and develop machine learning and deep learning algorithms, translating complex client problems into mathematical models, building data pipelines and automated classification systems, conducting data mining, and applying supervised/unsupervised learning to extract meaningful insights. You will also be responsible for performing Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), hypothesis generation, and pattern recognition, developing and implementing Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques, extending and customizing ML libraries/frameworks, visualizing analytical findings, developing and integrating APIs, providing technical documentation and support, and staying updated with the latest trends in AI/ML. To qualify for this role, you should have a B.Tech/BE or M.Tech/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, a solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, probability, and statistical methods, proficiency in Python, R, or Java, hands-on experience with ML/DL frameworks and libraries, experience with cloud services, a strong grasp of NLP, predictive analytics, and deep learning algorithms, familiarity with big data technologies, expertise in building and deploying scalable AI/ML models, exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and a strong portfolio of applied ML use cases.
