The key job responsibilities include the following:

Platform level support across the M365 Eco System including:

• M365 Access Packages

• M365 Office Macros & Add-Ins

• M365 Security Measurements

• M365 administrator

• MS Teams

• Exchange Online
• SharePoint Online
• OneDrive
• Power Platform
• End Point/InTune
• Azure Active Directory
• Providing complete administration of the Microsoft 365 environment and its capabilities
• Managing and owning tickets (incidents and requests) relating to hardware, software, networking and remote access issues
• Working with the wider teams to resolve more challenging issues
• Working with 3rd party vendors including Microsoft
• Creating documentation and manuals
• Supporting and guiding other members of the team

• Assist in managing Support Services and related deliverables
• Working with End-Users and Vendors to support applications and environments
• Working with Client Stakeholders on strategy and vision
