Role & responsibilities The key job responsibilities include the following: Platform level support across the M365 Eco System including: M365 Access Packages M365 Office Macros & Add-Ins M365 Security Measurements M365 administrator MS Teams Exchange Online SharePoint Online OneDrive Power Platform End Point/InTune Azure Active Directory Providing complete administration of the Microsoft 365 environment and its capabilities Managing and owning tickets (incidents and requests) relating to hardware, software, networking and remote access issues Working with the wider teams to resolve more challenging issues Working with 3rd party vendors including Microsoft Creating documentation and manuals Supporting and guiding other members of the team The Key Skills Required.
