As an experienced professional with 3 to 8 years of experience in technical infrastructure and collaboration services, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Manage and maintain Microsoft Exchange Server environments, including mailboxes, distribution groups, public folders, and contacts. - Provide technical support for Microsoft Office 365 services such as Outlook Web App (OWA), Exchange Online, and SharePoint. - Troubleshoot issues related to email delivery failures, password resets, and account lockouts on Azure Active Directory. - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as backups of critical data and system updates to ensure optimal performance.
