Sales Associate - Luxury Fashion - Backend sales no store facing

Urgent hiring for Graduates / Post Graduates from reputed Fashion school / Proven sales experience in High-end Luxury Fashion.

Priority given to Proven sales experience in High-end Luxury Fashion. Understanding of the high-end luxury market, current market trends and economic developments. At the same time, it requires an understanding of the needs and wants of the target consumers and locating a product to suit these needs.

ROLE: Key roles is Sales of pre-loved luxury products as full time employee - work from office only. (No remote / WFH)

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Proven & Excellent sales skills

Negotiation, decision-making, interpersonal skills, math

Proven working experience in Fashion industry

Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

Up-to-date with the latest market trends and best practices

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Strong listening, presentation and decision-making skills

Commercial acumen and the ability to “decode” customers

SALARY

Fixed Salary + Individual Incentive + Group Incentive

The monthly package and benefits will be discussed in person and based on the previous experience and matching the criteria
