Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: 10-20 years of experience in franchise management, sales, or business development. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in MS Office and franchise management software
