A strategic aerospace engineering leader specializing in rotary wing platforms, with a strong track record in driving technical delivery, innovation, and client satisfaction. Experienced in shaping engineering processes, delivery governance, and team capability development. Proven ability to influence design and compliance strategies through direct engagement with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and regulatory bodies. Passionate about digital transformation, with a focus on advancing MBSE, MBD, and digital continuity across the product lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: Join a mid-level leadership role within the Aerostructure Engineering team, supporting both strategy and technical execution across the full engineering lifecyclefrom concept through production, certification, and sustainment. Play a pivotal role in leading engineering delivery, technical governance, and client interactions for high-impact aerospace programs spanning rotary- and fixed-wing platforms. Opportunity to drive digital engineering initiatives including MBD, MBSE, and digital twin integration within legacy and next-gen design environments. Own design and development tasks for aircraft structural components. Apply advanced aircraft structural analyses Approach to Validate the design concepts through Classical and FE Analysis, and assist in detailed load path analysis, optimal material selection and operational / design / environmental conditions compliant to the airworthiness regulations, structural integrity requirements, and OEM-specific design standards. Preparation of method register, Method document, check lists, report templates, SLA in alignment with client. Guide the team for selection of optimum design by stress evaluation of multiple structural design concepts through detailed trade-off analyses for required dimensions and weight constraints. Maintaining scope / requirement log, Input / enabler and query trackers and coordinating with respective client stakeholders to get the resolutions on-time, ensuring high-quality output. Lead the team to develop complex 2D and 3D FE models, their integration, properties allocation, create validation and verification reports for the FE models, Analysis deck preparation/editing, perform structural Analyses, result extraction and interpretations, Error removal, post process and assist in developing automation using inhouse macros. Finalize the meshing and analyses requirements for different types of structural analyses in alignment with client. Mitigation in case of low RF/MOS, Alternative concepts analyses, compilation of inputs for the review and certification reports. Analyse complex design challenges and propose optimal engineering solutions. Level II and Level III checker and signatory for the analysis and certification reports from Accenture side. Certification test support creation of FE models incorporating the failure, features and boundary conditions as per standard procedure and test fixture. Ensuring alignment with weight budgets and performance criteria. Collaborate and lead cross-functionally with design team, manufacturing, quality, and systems teams; actively engage in design reviews, issue resolution, and integration discussions.
