Role Overview:
Were looking for a highly analytical and user-obsessed Manager Loyalty and Engagement to own and scale in-app user engagement, retention, and loyalty. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, and analyticsresponsible for designing and deploying strategies that increase app usage, session time, and repeat behavior among our existing user base.
Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend systems.
Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and other stakeholders to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.Implement and maintain data storage solutions, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.Collaborate with DevOps to deploy and manage applications in a cloud environment.Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, following best practices and coding standards.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Identify and address performance bottlenecks, security issues, and other technical challenges.Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in backend development.
