Security and loss Prevention Executive

The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing loss prevention strategies to safeguard assets, minimize theft, and ensure the safety of warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement loss prevention policies and procedures to protect company assets and reduce shrinkage.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of warehouse and transportation operations to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
• Monitor surveillance systems and security equipment to detect and prevent theft or suspicious activities.
• Collaborate with warehouse and transportation teams to ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices.
• Investigate incidents of theft, fraud, or misconduct, and prepare detailed reports for management.
• Train staff on loss prevention techniques and promote a culture of security awareness within the organization.

Requirements:

· Strong understanding of e-commerce operations.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Proficiency in surveillance technologies.

· Familiarity with security systems and technology, including surveillance cameras and alarm systems.

· Proven experience in loss prevention, security management, or a related role, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
