Job Description

Job Profile: Skills - Conduct training on new practices, procedures and systems. To undertake ongoing training and development in the delivery and support of training and learning to ensure delivery is effective and efficient. Ensuring all our customer needs (Internal & External) are promptly and efficiently met.Ensuring effective achievement of process implementation and process adherence. To deliver effective training as per agreed timelines. To champion the process training at all the levels (Blue collars, White collar (FTC), and FTE upgot grade 8). Conduct process training for new hires, up skill training for existing/new verticals/categories or refresher trainings. Thorough knowledge of warehouse functioning processes. Adherence to Training SOP. Knowledge of Content Development an added advantage. Facilitate and conduct periodic refresher trainings on processes. Ability to update self on new processes and master the same. Maintain and share training reports on time. Maintain records of results for training and retraining programs. Obtain Feedback from Participants and maintain a record of the Feedback Scores. Ability to work effectively as a member of a dynamic team. Demonstrate Excellent Platform Skills. Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English. Excellent presentation, organizational, and planning skills. Knowledge of MS Excel/Google Spread sheet, Google slides, Email and G-drive is desirable.Clear understanding of training methodologies & adult learning principles. Strong Communication. English and local language both, Written & Spoken. Ability to communicate in more than two languages would be an added advantage. Knowledge: Basics of Training, Kirpatrick Learning Evaluation Model.
