Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer - Full Stack with a strong background in Agile Methodologies Node.js .NET SQL & NoSQL databases and Python frameworks such as Flask and Django. Should have exposure to Panadas and NumPy libraries Responsibilities Develop and maintain full stack applications using Node.js .NET and Python frameworks like Flask and Django. Implement and manage Agile methodologies to ensure efficient project delivery. Design and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases to support application requirements. Utilize Numpy and Pandas for data manipulation and analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features. Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. Work closely with the Consumer Lending team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Develop and maintain documentation for all projects and processes. Participate in daily stand-ups sprint planning and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement. Qualifications Possess a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and their application in software development. Have extensive experience with Node.js .NET and Python frameworks such as Flask and Django. Demonstrate proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases. Show expertise in data manipulation and analysis using Numpy and Pandas. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Have a solid understanding of the Consumer Lending domain. Display strong communication and collaboration skills. Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model. Have a minimum of 6 years and a maximum of 10 years of relevant experience. Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Demonstrate the ability to mentor and guide junior engineers. Possess strong documentation skills.
