Job Title: Sales Executive
Open Locations - Chennai,Bangalore Experience: 13 years in B2B or industrial sales (preferably machinery/engineering products) Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team at Sparkle Machinery, a leading manufacturer of laser marking, welding, and cutting machines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building customer relationships, and closing sales deals in industrial sectors. Key Responsibilities: To identify, pursue, convert, and manage sales opportunities for Laser Marking Machines, Special Purpose Machines, and CO2 Laser Cutting & Engraving Machines across targeted industry segments, ensuring revenue growth and customer satisfaction Actively generate leads through cold calling, visits, trade shows, and referrals Identify potential customers through research, trade shows, industry forums, referrals, and online channels. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate laser solutions Conduct product demonstrations (with technical team support if needed) Follow up on inquiries, prepare quotes, and negotiate deals Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients and distributors Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain CRM entries and prepare sales reports Coordinate with technical and service teams for after-sales support Candidate Requirements: Bachelors degree or Diploma in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field 25 years of field sales experience in capital equipment or industrial B2B products Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong understanding of industrial machinery or willingness to learn Self-motivated, target-driven, and good at networking Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English Willingness to travel across assigned regions Benefits: Attractive incentive structure on sales achievements Travel allowance and mobile reimbursement Opportunity to work with a fast-growing industrial tech company
