About Data Analytics (DA)

What you will be doing at Evalueserve

  • Design, develop, and execute high-performing marketing automation campaigns using Marketo.
  • Manage lead nurturing programs to cultivate and convert leads into sales-qualified opportunities.
  • Configure and maintain Marketo workflows, landing pages, forms, and email templates.
  • Leverage marketing automation to personalize the customer journey and deliver targeted content.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance using Marketo analytics and other digital analytics tools.
  • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for campaign optimization.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment and achieve marketing goals.
  • Stay up to date on the latest Marketo features and best practices.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to internal stakeholders on Marketo functionality

What were looking for

  • Bachelor's / master's degree from a reputed university
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing automation, preferably with Marketo.
  • Proven track record of success in designing and executing high-performing marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation principles and best practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of Marketo features and functionalities.
  • Experience with lead scoring, lead nurturing, and segmentation strategies.
  • Solid understanding of digital analytics concepts and tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) or Marketo Certified Professional (MCP) a plus.
  • Must be self-motivated, responsive, professional, and dedicated to customer success.
  • Possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset.
